Congratulations to Jing and our wet-lab collaborators in the Massion Lab on the Clinical Cancer Research paper “Integrative genomics analysis identifies candidate drivers at 3q26-29 amplicon in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung“. Using an integrative computational analysis followed by experimental validation, the study identifed three candidate driver genes (SENP2, DCUN1D1 and DVL3) that could potentially stratify patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma into subgroups with different response to adjuvant chemotherapy.
