The CPTAC perspective article Proteogenomic data and resources for pan-cancer analysis has been published in Cancer Cell. Congratulations to Yongchao and all co-authors! This article describes efforts by the CPTAC pan-cancer working group in data harmonization, data dissemination, and the provision of computational resources to facilitate biological discoveries.
