Proteogenomic study of acute myeloid leukemia published in Nature Cancer

Our integrated proteogenomic and metabolomic analysis of acute myeloid leukemia, identifying molecular subtypes and associated therapy targets, has been published in Nature Cancer.

We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest study in Nature Cancer: “Integrated proteogenomic and metabolomic profiling of acute myeloid leukemias to identify molecular subtypes and associated therapy targets.” Applying a 13-modality multi-omics approach to 173 treatment-naive individuals with AML, the study defines molecular subtypes and coalescent phenotypes across proteogenomic and metabolomic layers, offering a clinically and translationally informed unified view of this heterogeneous malignancy and nominating associated therapeutic targets. Congratulations to co-first author Chenwei Wang and the whole team on this outstanding collaborative effort!
