Yongchao Dou and Bing Zhang attended the NCI Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) Annual Meeting, held July 15–17, 2026 at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in New York. Yongchao presented a talk on computational methods for isoform-resolved protein inference and quantification from bottom-up shotgun proteomics data. It was a great opportunity to share our work and connect with the broader cancer informatics community.
